Building your new home can be an exciting time. At Korff Builders we make the process easy. We work with a team of experienced builders and contractors who know how to get the job done right.

Step 1 - Lets chat

Lets have a chat about what you want, what ideas you have, budgets, designs you like, timeframes and much more. This will also allow us to get to know each other.

Step 2 - Design time

We deal directly with a local draftsman here in New Plymouth who can draw up your idea. You do have the option to choose set plans but you can also design the house of your dreams within your budget. We along with the draftman make sure it is in the best spot, elevation and of course facing the correct sunlight.

Step 3 – The best part

Now you choose your features within your home, what colour walls you would like, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, tiles. Don’t panic it doesn’t have to be exact and we do have set amounts to work too so budget will always be on the forefront. If this isn’t something up your alley, easy we will choose for you to make sure it fits within budget.

Step 4 - Approval

Plans are placed into council and we wait for the news so we can start building your home. Once approved we can get kick started with your new home.

Step 5 – Moving truck

The build is completed! Book your moving truck it's time to move in. Korff Builders will hand the keys over to your brand new home.
